GCP Data Engineer

Hiring for GCP Data Engineer in Chennai. Required experience: 5 to 12 years. Core requirements include proficiency in Python and Java, expertise in Apache Beam (Data Flow), and hands-on experience with GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, Cloud Spanner, GCS, and DBT. Must possess strong data engineering skills using Python and SQL, with proven experience in ETL processes. Proficiency in Apache Airflow is required. Desirable knowledge includes DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform), Kafka (batch/streaming), data modeling, ETL design and build, and database replication using message-based CDC. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with cloud storage solutions, data security, scalability, and strong problem-solving abilities. Preferred qualification: GCP Data Engineer Certification.
