DATA ANALYST L4

Role Purpose: Interpret data and transform it into actionable information such as reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations to improve business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the technical scope of projects in alignment with requirements across all stages.
- Gather information from data warehouses, databases, and integration/modeling platforms; interpret patterns and trends.
- Develop record management processes and policies.
- Build and maintain client relationships to understand requirements and provide sales data, proposals, insights, and account reviews.
- Identify opportunities to increase process efficiency and automation.
- Set up and maintain automated data workflows.
- Evaluate and implement external services/tools for data validation and cleansing.
- Produce and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Liaise with internal and external clients to understand data content.
- Design and analyze surveys per customer requirements.
- Analyze complex datasets and prepare reports for internal/external audiences using business analytics tools.
- Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to showcase performance and provide benchmarking.
- Mine large datasets, draw valid inferences, and present findings to management.
- Develop predictive models and share insights with clients.

Performance Parameters: Number of automations implemented, on-time delivery, CSAT score, zero customer escalations, and data accuracy.

Mandatory Skills: GCP Data Engineering
Experience Required: 5-8 Years
