Cyber Operate - Vulnerability Management + Anthropic Manager

Position Summary:
As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will lead vulnerability management programs and teams across enterprise clients, owning service quality, client relationships, and commercial outcomes. You will drive the strategic vision for AI-augmented VM delivery, championing the adoption of Anthropic Claude-based agentic capabilities across Deloitte's Cyber Operate practice. You will develop and mentor a high-performing team, shape go-to-market offerings, and represent Deloitte's thought leadership in vulnerability management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end vulnerability management program delivery, including SLA adherence, client satisfaction, and remediation outcomes.
- Lead executive client relationships, provide strategic guidance on vulnerability risk management, and translate complex exposure data into board-level reporting.
- Define and execute the strategy for integrating Anthropic Claude and agentic AI capabilities into VM services, including automation and orchestration.
- Oversee integration of VM platforms with SOAR, SIEM, and ITSM systems, aligning delivery to client security architecture and regulatory obligations.
- Manage and develop team members, support offering development, and oversee engagement financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.

Work Environment:
Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST, with flexibility required based on client expectations, time zone coverage, and on-call support.
