Job Description
Position Summary:
As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will lead vulnerability management programs and teams across a portfolio of enterprise clients, owning service quality, client relationships, and commercial outcomes. You will drive the strategic vision for AI-augmented VM delivery, championing the adoption of Anthropic Claude-based agentic capabilities across Deloitte's Cyber Operate practice. You will develop and mentor a high-performing team, shape go-to-market offerings, and represent Deloitte's thought leadership in vulnerability management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end vulnerability management program delivery, including SLA adherence, client satisfaction, and remediation outcomes across enterprise environments.
- Lead executive client relationships, provide strategic guidance on vulnerability risk management, and translate complex exposure data into board-level reporting.
- Define and execute the strategy for integrating Anthropic Claude and agentic AI capabilities into vulnerability management services, including automation and orchestration.
- Oversee integration of VM platforms with SOAR, SIEM, and ITSM systems, aligning delivery to client security architecture and regulatory obligations.
- Manage and develop team members, support offering development, oversee engagement financial performance (budgeting, forecasting, utilization, profitability).
Team & Location:
Cyber Operate teams manage clients' critical cyber assets via fully managed services or partnerships. Services include Cyber-as-a-Service, Managed Application Security, and MXDR.
Locations: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST (flexibility required for client expectations, time zones, on-call, and after-hours needs).

Required Qualifications
- 9-15 years cybersecurity experience
- 5+ years vulnerability management
- 2+ years team leadership or program management
- Enterprise VM across hybrid/multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Agentic AI system design and governance for security
- VM platform expertise (RiskSense, ServiceNow VR, Armis VIPR, Centrix, Tenable, Qualys VMDR, Rapid7 InsightVM, Microsoft Defender VM, Prisma Cloud)
- VM risk frameworks (CVSS v3/v4, EPSS, CISA KEV, threat-informed prioritization)
- Executive client relationship management
- Distributed team leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- AI productization into repeatable service offerings
- API architecture and cost optimization for Claude-based agents
- AI/ML applied to cybersecurity (vulnerability prediction, AI-assisted threat intel)
- CISSP, CISM, CRISC, Tenable CSP, AWS/Azure Security Specialty certifications
