Position Summary: The chief purpose of Growth & Development (G&D) at USI Deloitte is to grow leaders for the future, build world-class capabilities for maximum client impact, and consistently deliver an exceptional development experience to our people. Work you'll do: As a Specialist Executive Manager, Talent Development on the Growth & Development team, you will be responsible for: Leading the design and delivery of learning and development solutions that support business priorities, workforce readiness, and leadership development. Serving as a strategic advisor to business and talent stakeholders to align development priorities, required skills, and multi-year learning strategies. Overseeing end-to-end program management, including planning, delivery, vendor coordination, facilitator management, participant experience, and operational efficiency. Using data, budget management, and forecasting to evaluate impact, improve program effectiveness, and support responsible financial stewardship. Leading and developing team members through coaching, performance management, knowledge sharing, and continuous upskilling. Qualifications: Required: 12+ years of experience in learning and development. Experience managing teams. Experience designing and delivering learning, leadership development, or workforce development programs. Experience managing stakeholder relationships across business, talent, or human resources functions. Experience managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously. Preferred: Experience in consulting or professional services. Advanced degree in training and development, human resources development, education, or organizational psychology.
