Developer L4

Role Purpose:
Design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications deployed at client ends, ensuring 100% quality assurance parameters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand requirements and design products/software. Develop solutions by studying information needs, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Investigate problem areas following the software development life cycle (SDLC). Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues.
- Identify ideas to improve system performance and availability. Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible designs.
- Collaborate with functional teams/systems analysts for detailed investigation. Conferring with project managers on software capabilities.
- Perform coding and ensure optimal module development. Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis and proposed software.
- Develop and automate processes for software validation by designing and executing test cases/scenarios.
- Modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces.
- Ensure code is error-free, prepare reports on project specifications, and maintain clear documentation.
- Coordinate with the team on daily project status, provide feedback on usability, and track results to quality risks.
- Capture client requirements, take regular feedback for smooth delivery, and participate in continuous education/training.
- Document solutions with flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and clear code comments. Maintain high-quality customer interactions and timely responses.

Performance Parameters:
- Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring: 100% error-free onboarding & implementation, adherence to schedule/release plans.
- Quality & CSAT: On-time delivery, troubleshooting, customer experience, completion of skill-upgradation certifications.
- MIS & Reporting: 100% on-time MIS & report generation.
