Assist in the implementation of process improvements to optimize support workflows and reduce incident resolution times.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
Experience with cloud infrastructure design, deployment, and management within the AWS environment.
Strong understanding of system monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis techniques.
Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.
Ability to analyze complex system interactions and provide effective solutions to maintain high availability.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
