Program Manager

Oversee the development, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, documentation, and support of high-quality, reliable, and mission-critical applications to meet business needs.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify new requirements and lead technology teams to deliver them. Provide oversight for J2EE/Microservices technology teams in an Onsite-Offshore model.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage T&M and Fixed Price projects while ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and aggressive timelines.
• Facilitate user journey reviews, measure outcomes, and chair technical review meetings.
• Implement robust Project Risk Management (identification, tracking, prevention, and handling).
• Lead, mentor, and build a large technical team, fostering a results-oriented culture.

Required Expertise:
• 15+ years of technical leadership in J2EE, Microservices, Containerization, Spring, and Oracle.
• Deep understanding of data models and service-oriented architecture.
• Mandatory exposure to Indian banking systems, specifically NPA, Loan, Retail, Corporate, and Digital Banking.
• Proven track record delivering IT services for PSU or government organizations.
• Strong background in Java Application Design and Development.

Work Model: Complete work from office (including 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays). Notice period: 30-60 days.
