Responsibilities: Knowledge on Loan Servicing and components (Escrow and Non-Escrow loans). Familiar with key topics like new loan setup, flood determination, Mortgage Insurance, tax, Investor reporting, document indexing, imaging and retrieval.
Key Result Areas: Processing loans, orders, requests or claims as assigned by Team Lead. Achieve individual SLA targets for metrics like Accuracy, Productivity, Volumes and TAT. Adherence to procedures provided by the business (Standard Operating Procedure). Completion of all mandatory assessment certifications as applicable. Maintain required Learning Health Score.
Typical Responsibilities: - Business/Customer: Liaise with internal/external clients. Seek approvals from internal stakeholders where required. - Project/Process: First level processing of assigned transactions on quality review, appraisal review, BPO review, title review, verification, information setup (loan setup, escrow setup, mod setup, claim setup), updating of information. - Service Delivery: Assignment of work (appraisal, title, closing orders, other vendor assignment), research of missing docs, subordination, escrow, tax claims, mods, execution of processing transactions. Ability to identify and understand various terminologies used in US Mortgage (Mortgage lien, parcel services, escrow and Non-Escrow types of loans). Knowledge of various functions in a Mortgage Value Chain. Knowledge on generating reports, handling payments, processing nonsufficient fund requests, performing research on loan accounts, handling exceptions. Follow work instructions/SOP. Process work in workflow tools. Ensure adherence to QC checklists. Seek clarifications from SPESME where needed. Inform SMESupervisor of updates/changes. Perform regular maintenance tasks. - People/Team: Complete mandatory training programs. Participate in preprocess orientation. Capture productivity/nonproductivity hours in tools. Actively participate in team initiatives and meetings.
Degree of Independence: Performs assigned duties according to specific procedures. Complex problems are referred to respective SOP/supervisor. Work product is reviewed closely for accuracy.

Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred). Minimum Experience: 0 to 1 year in BPO/Transaction Data Processing background, Mortgage, Voice skills if needed.
Additional Info: While performing essential functions, associate is required to remain in a stationary position (standing or seated), use a computer keyboard and view data on a computer screen for up to 95% of work hours or shift.
Entry and Exit Criteria: Shift Timing 17:30 to 03:30. Work Model: Shift alignment, WFO, Night shifts. This requirement is for Voice.
