Operations Associate- Manual Testing

Join the Artificial Intelligence & Engineering team at Deloitte as an Operations Associate on the Enterprise as a Service (EaaS) team. You will work alongside talented professionals to transform technology platforms, drive innovation, and support consistent service delivery across functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business, functional, technical, and data-mapping requirements; identify gaps in requirements, test coverage, and test data.
- Develop test scenarios, test cases, test data, and traceability matrices. Execute functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
- Perform database, API, interface, and data reconciliation testing. Manage defects from identification through closure and participate in root-cause discussions.
- Prepare execution reports, test status updates, and risk summaries.
- Mentor junior testers, review deliverables, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Location & Schedule:
Based in Hyderabad and Chennai. Shift timings include 11 AM to 8 PM, 2 PM to 11 PM, and 6 PM to 3 AM.

Qualifications:
Required: 3-5 years of experience in manual testing or quality assurance. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. Experience in test case design, execution, defect management, and reporting. Working knowledge of SQL, API testing, and test data management. Experience with testing tools and defect-tracking platforms. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and strong communication/analytical skills.
Preferred: Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). Experience testing REST/SOAP services. Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps). Experience with performance, accessibility, or mobile testing.
