Job Description
Join our AI & Engineering team in transforming technology platforms and driving innovation. As an Operations Associate on the Enterprise as a Service (EaaS) team, you will analyze business, functional, technical, and data-mapping requirements, identifying gaps in test coverage and data. You will develop and execute test scenarios, cases, and traceability matrices across functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT phases. Responsibilities include performing database, API, interface, and data reconciliation testing, managing defects through closure, and participating in triage and root-cause analysis. You will prepare execution reports, test status updates, and risk summaries, while mentoring junior testers and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The EaaS team combines operational, engineering, and AI capabilities to enhance workflows and scale solutions. Shift timings include 11 AM to 8 PM, 2 PM to 11 PM, and 6 PM to 3 AM. Locations: Hyderabad and Chennai.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years manual testing experience
- Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
- Proficiency in Agile & Waterfall methodologies
- Expertise in test case design, execution, & defect management
- Working knowledge of SQL & API testing
- Experience with test data management & defect-tracking platforms
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Experience testing REST/SOAP services
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps)
- Background in performance, accessibility, or mobile testing
