Job Description
Position Summary:
Deloitte Cyber partners with clients to transform their security posture by delivering powerful insights and navigating evolving threats. As a Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale SOAR programs, own technical strategy, manage multi-disciplinary teams, drive practice growth, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SOAR engagements, managing scope, timelines, quality, and risk.
- Define SOAR architecture, operating models, implementation roadmaps, platform selection, and playbook design.
- Design and implement AI-enabled security automation use cases, including LLM-supported triage and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Manage consultant and analyst teams, overseeing work planning, delivery, coaching, and performance.
- Support practice growth through proposals, solution design, effort estimation, and IP development.
Team Overview:
Cyber Operate manages critical cyber assets via managed services or client partnerships, covering identity lifecycle, security operations, threat intelligence, application security, and continuous compliance.
Location & Shift:
Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Chennai. Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years cybersecurity experience
- 5+ years SOAR engineering or security automation
- Enterprise SOAR architecture & roadmap design
- Platform expertise (Cortex XSOAR, Splunk SOAR, Tines, Swimlane, Torq, IBM Resilient)
- SOC operating models
- SIEM & EDR integration
- Incident response & threat intelligence workflows
- Cross-functional team leadership & delivery oversight
Preferred Qualifications
- AI-enabled SOAR programs
- LLM-based playbook generation & agentic workflows
- ML-based alert triage
- Anthropic Claude or OpenAI integration
- AI governance & audit logging
- Cloud security automation (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- CISSP, CISM, or GIAC certifications
