Consultant, Managed Services - Salesforce Data Cloud

Position Summary: The Customer Team empowers organizations to build deeper relationships with customers through innovative strategies, advanced analytics, GenAI, transformative technologies, and creative design. We enable Deloitte client service teams to enhance customer experience and drive sustained growth. As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. The DFO&I team partners with organizations to design, build, and scale digital products. Qualifications: Must have 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud or similar data platform, understand functional requirements, develop technical designs, hands-on experience with data ingestion, mapping, identity resolution, good knowledge of data modeling and SQL, ability to work with APIs and configurations, write code using SSJS, handle CSV files, strong problem-solving skills, conduct peer reviews. Good to have: understanding of data modeling concepts, complex SQL, API handling, tools like DBeaver and Postman, marketing automation concepts, Salesforce Data Cloud certification, Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification a plus.
