Role: Associate / Sr. Associate Voice Process
Location: Commercial Zone, Yerwada, Pune
Process: International Voice Process (US/Canadian Shift)
Shift: Rotational, including night shifts
Eligibility: Undergraduate/Graduate (any stream) with 1-3 years of experience

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via voice
- Deliver accurate information and resolutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Customer-centric mindset with strong multitasking abilities
- Open to freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience
