Must-Have:
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux is mandatory.
- Strong experience in analysis of alerts and events.
- Proficient monitoring skills with good communication abilities; must be a collaborative team player.
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, and possesses strong logical troubleshooting skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Mandatory knowledge of Incident Management and Change Management processes.

Good-to-Have:
- RHEL Certified Professional
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework, vocabulary, and best practices

Role Expectations:
- Support processes aligned to ITIL best practices.
- Regularly monitor and resolve alerts, incidents, and changes; track status and resolution speed while proactively recommending system improvements.
- Provide advice and consultancy to minimize service incident occurrence and impact through process optimization.
- Proactively troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and handle customer queries effectively.
- Ensure all user assistance requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.
