Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Design, develop, and provide support for applications, reporting to the Account Service Delivery Lead while collaborating with business units and IT teams to deliver advanced digital capabilities.
- Analyze business needs to design, develop, and deliver applications aligned with business objectives.
- Provide application maintenance and support in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure delivery complies with relevant IT policies and procedures.
- Share technical knowledge and mentor team members.
- Implement RPA solutions using UiPath for web, thick clients, mainframes, and surface automation.
- Work in an Agile environment with proficiency in JIRA and DevOps.
- Understand requirements quickly and implement efficient solutions to maximize ROI.
- Manage stakeholders and maintain strong communication.
- Develop plug-in APIs using C# or Java to support automation workflows.
- Conduct unit testing, provide SIT and UAT support, manage hypercare, handle L3 handovers, and create user training documentation.
