Job Description

Process Scope: Sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer and acceptance management, onboarding administration, offboarding transactions, internship programme, temporary staff, and Master Scheduler service for leadership interview scheduling. Mandatory Region: APAC/ASEAN.

Role Purpose: Own end-to-end delivery of talent acquisition activities—from requisition posting through Day-1 readiness—at agreed time-to-fill, quality, and candidate experience standards, while operating the Master Scheduler service for senior interview scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the requisition-to-onboard funnel, temporary staff, and interns; hold the team to time-to-fill, offer accuracy, and application completion targets.
- Operate and resource the Master Scheduler service for leadership interview scheduling, ensuring panel readiness and no scheduling failures on senior hires.
- Manage sourcing agency and vendor performance (contract staffing and search partners), including briefing quality, submission rates, cost, and SLA adherence.
- Interview candidates and participate in offer negotiations.
- Ensure offer generation, pre-hire checks, and acceptance logging are executed accurately within SLA, with correct approval authority evidenced.
- Own onboarding administration and Day-1 readiness coordination across IT, facilities, payroll, and hiring managers.
- Manage the internship programme cycle end-to-end—intake, conversion/extension intentions, reporting details, and exit briefings—to the published calendar.
- Act as the escalation point for hiring managers and SBPs on stalled requisitions, candidate issues, and offer exceptions.
- Track and report recruitment funnel metrics, source effectiveness, and SLA attainment; drive improvements in candidate drop-off and application completion.
- Protect candidate data privacy and ensure screening consent and evidence are correctly captured and retained.
