Process Scope: Sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer and acceptance management, onboarding administration, offboarding transactions, internship programme, temporary staff, and Master Scheduler service for leadership interview scheduling. Mandatory Region: APAC/ASEAN.
Role Purpose: Own end-to-end delivery of talent acquisition activities—from requisition posting through Day-1 readiness—at agreed time-to-fill, quality, and candidate experience standards, while operating the Master Scheduler service for senior interview scheduling.
Key Responsibilities: - Own the requisition-to-onboard funnel, temporary staff, and interns; hold the team to time-to-fill, offer accuracy, and application completion targets. - Operate and resource the Master Scheduler service for leadership interview scheduling, ensuring panel readiness and no scheduling failures on senior hires. - Manage sourcing agency and vendor performance (contract staffing and search partners), including briefing quality, submission rates, cost, and SLA adherence. - Interview candidates and participate in offer negotiations. - Ensure offer generation, pre-hire checks, and acceptance logging are executed accurately within SLA, with correct approval authority evidenced. - Own onboarding administration and Day-1 readiness coordination across IT, facilities, payroll, and hiring managers. - Manage the internship programme cycle end-to-end—intake, conversion/extension intentions, reporting details, and exit briefings—to the published calendar. - Act as the escalation point for hiring managers and SBPs on stalled requisitions, candidate issues, and offer exceptions. - Track and report recruitment funnel metrics, source effectiveness, and SLA attainment; drive improvements in candidate drop-off and application completion. - Protect candidate data privacy and ensure screening consent and evidence are correctly captured and retained.
Required Qualifications
10-12 years in recruitment operations or talent acquisition
2+ years leading a team or recruitment delivery pod
Proven delivery of volume hiring against formal time-to-fill and quality SLAs
Strong working knowledge of an ATS, specifically Workday Recruiting
Experience managing recruitment agencies and contract staffing vendors
Sound understanding of offer construction, employment documentation, and pre-employment screening
Confident stakeholder management with hiring managers and HR business partners
Knowledge of handling roles for asset management, fund management, and real estate companies in Singapore
Understanding of Singapore Labour and Recruitment Laws
Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate experience
