Senior Business Analyst

TCS is hiring for a Senior Business Analyst role.
Experience Required: 10-15 Years
Notice Period: 60 to 90 days only
Location: PAN India (Primary: Hyderabad, Telangana)

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Strong telecom domain knowledge (OSS/BSS – billing, CRM, order management, provisioning)
- Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, and UAT support
- Hands-on proficiency with SQL, data analysis, and Excel
- Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) methodologies, JIRA, and Azure DevOps
- Good understanding of APIs and system integrations

Good-to-Have Qualifications:
- Exposure to 5G, IoT, and digital telecom platforms
- Experience with Power BI/Tableau dashboards
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of Telecom KPIs (churn, ARPU, revenue assurance)

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from telecom stakeholders
- Translate requirements into user stories, process flows (AS-IS/TO-BE), and functional specifications
- Collaborate closely with product, technology, and QA teams within an Agile delivery framework
- Support testing phases, UAT execution, and production rollouts
- Perform data analysis to derive actionable insights and enhance customer experience & operations
- Ensure strategic alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
