Hold Certified Platform Developer I certification.

Implement Flows.
Gain integration experience.
Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST).
Experience designing and implementing SFDC cross-organization and cross-instance integrations for multiple business processes.
Knowledge of CI/CD.
