Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Total Experience: 6 to 10 years | Locations: Chennai, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar | Mode: Work from Office | Notice Period: 45 Days. Key Responsibilities: 6+ years in test automation, SDET, or quality engineering with proven exposure to maintaining automation suites. Analyze mapping specifications and understand transformation rules. Build complex SQL queries based on business rules. Strong understanding of data flows and loading patterns. Excellent analytical skills with good knowledge of Data Warehouse fundamentals. Validate data across Flat Files, Databases (Oracle, SQL Server), and Mainframe files. Execute and validate batch jobs. Analyze discrepancies and identify root causes. Utilize Agile methodologies, Jira, and Micro Focus Octane. Apply knowledge of Informatica Workflows and basic Unix commands. Conduct API testing and ETL test automation. Maintain and update automation scripts in an enterprise setup (CI/CD preferred). Support automation labs or shared frameworks (Center-of-Excellence style is a plus). Participate in POCs or experimentation for automation improvements or AI enablement in QA.
