Planview Developer

We are seeking a hands-on Planview expert to own and enhance our Planview ecosystem across Portfolios, ProjectPlace, and AgilePlace. The role includes platform configuration, API-based integrations, reporting via Power BI, and data operations using Automart/Replica DB. You will collaborate with Engineering and Business stakeholders to drive portfolio visibility, project execution, agile delivery, and data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Planview Portfolios (PPM): Configure lifecycles, stages, gates, demand intake, resource pools, timesheets, financials, governance workflows, custom attributes, security roles, and user provisioning. Develop dashboards, roadmaps, and portfolio analytics. Manage integrations with HR, finance, and work management tools via API/web services. Ensure data quality and metadata management.
• Planview ProjectPlace: Administer workspaces, boards, timelines, documents, permissions, and templates. Enable collaboration workflows and automate workspace provisioning.
• Planview AgilePlace (LeanKit): Configure Kanban boards, card types, lanes, WIP limits, policies, and metrics. Support lean/agile delivery and implement portfolio-to-team rollups.
• APIs & Integrations: Build, test, and maintain integration scripts using Planview REST/SOAP APIs. Implement authentication, rate limiting, error handling, retry logic, audit logging, and CI/CD deployment. Work with webhooks and event-driven flows.
• Reporting & Data: Design and publish Power BI reports against Automart and Replica DB. Handle data modeling, DAX measures, row-level security, and refresh schedules. Monitor data freshness and optimize queries.
• Governance & Support: Establish standards and best practices. Ensure compliance with access controls and audit policies. Provide L2/L3 support, issue triage, release notes, and user training.
