Job Description

Implement, configure, and support Oracle PeopleSoft CRM modules.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Configure CRM components including Customer Service, Help Desk, Case Management, Sales, and Marketing.
Design and develop customizations using PeopleTools and PeopleCode.
Create and modify Components, Records, Pages, Application Engines, and Integration Broker services.
Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between PeopleSoft CRM and third-party systems.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
