- Design, implement, deliver, and validate Nexthink experience features (both front end and back end).
- Perform baseline analysis using Nexthink telemetry data to identify environment gaps.
- Provide a roadmap to constantly improve the overall Digital Experience Score.
- Create custom dashboards, investigations, alerts, and monitor trends.
- Develop custom remote actions adhering to Nexthink PowerShell scripting standards.
- Apply sound knowledge of PowerShell scripting with error handling for creating custom remote actions.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating system issues and possess basic knowledge of macOS.
