Job Description
Role: IT Command Center Admin
Experience: 4 to 8 years
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Notice Period: Within 45 days
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive governance and controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the enterprise.
- Proficient in monitoring tools and alert management processes (e.g., SolarWinds, Datadog).
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, application environments, and technology stacks.
- Hands-on experience with certificate management (internal & external) and renewal processes.
- Strong analytical skills to identify data patterns, trends, and develop continuous improvement plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, including report and dashboard creation.
