Developer L3

Role Purpose: Develop and test software modules based on client requirements, prepare project documentation, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery.

Areas of Responsibility:
- Gather business process requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Develop and deliver code for assigned modules, ensuring proper integration with system components.
- Execute module testing, validate functionality, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Participate in software implementation and system integration to ensure stability.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and well-structured code comments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on requirements, verify system compatibility, and maintain quality standards.
