Automation Anywhere Developer

Minimum 4 to 11 years of experience required.

Must-Have Competencies: Experience in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) development, particularly in Automation Anywhere. Independent worker who collaborates across functions. Excellent problem analysis skills with innovative and creative solution development. Strong drive, commitment, and excellent verbal/written communication skills. Adaptable to dynamic environments and willing to be hands-on.

Good-to-Have: Automation Anywhere Certification.

Responsibilities & Expectations: Collaborate with client managers to provide design clarity and achieve sprint goals. Mentor and guide the development of Automation Anywhere-based frameworks, PoCs, and prototypes. Provide cross-technology and platform integration solutions. Develop automated solutions to resolve issues quickly. Align with organizational roadmaps to ensure on-time delivery. Facilitate cross-team collaboration for tool development and process improvement.

Setup automated processes to maximize efficiency and speed. Build, design, develop, and test bots using Automation Anywhere per requirements. Maintain, secure, and retrieve user credentials. Work with databases like Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle. Proficient in all SDLC phases (Analysis, Design, Development, Integration, Implementation, Maintenance). Experienced in fast-paced Agile Scrum environments. Manage orchestration, deployment, monitoring, and management of Automation Anywhere bots. Create process flows using Process Studio, Object Studio, and Control Room. Manage robot workloads using work queues. Utilize Application Modeler, Spy modes, and attributes effectively. Configure queues, handle exceptions, and efficiently use stages, datatypes, and environment variables. Build applications (Browser, Windows, Citrix) using Automation Anywhere. Proficient in at least one programming language (C#, VB, or Java). Strong communication skills for client/team interaction. Proven track record in innovation and integrating disparate technologies.
