Varicent - Senior Consultant, Managed Services - DFO&I - Customer

Position Summary:
As a Senior Consultant in Managed Services within the Digital Foundry Operate & Innovations (DFO&I) team, you will deliver high-quality work products on time while mentoring junior team members and liaising with onsite/offshore teams. You will articulate business process requirements, collaborate across locations, and lead client-facing meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Articulate design and documentation of requirements covering business processes
- Leverage strong communication and presentation skills for verbal and non-verbal interactions
- Collaborate with cross-location teams to accomplish project goals
- Lead routine conference calls and participate in client-facing meetings, tracking action items
- Perform data preparation activities including extraction, cleansing, aggregation, and analysis
- Generate, validate, publish, and deliver reports per business requirements
- Handle ad-hoc reporting requests and maintain production/ad-hoc report data quality
- Respond to incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
- Execute break-fixes and enhancement requests
- Develop documentation for delivered solutions and assist in all testing phases
- Apply logical troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues
- Prior client support and debugging experience is advantageous

Qualifications:
Must-Have: 6-7 years of experience with Varicent (formerly IBM SPM) v7+. Experience in SPM technologies, Application & Maintenance Services (AMS), Support & Maintenance, and Data Integration. Proficiency in database queries and concepts. Ability to design and develop reports and dashboards. Hands-on experience creating/modifying calculations, views, and data stores in Varicent; reporting for various roles; handling ad-hoc data changes; working with complex data structures; extracting data from Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata; developing/managing web reporting portals; structural data validation checks; knowledge of database management tools, SQL, PL/SQL, MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Good-to-Have: PL/SQL experience, Database Fundamentals, Advanced SQL.
Education: BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) or equivalent.
