ServiceNow ITOM Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer to design, implement, and support IT Operations Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration
- Configure and maintain MID Servers, patterns, and probes/sensors
- Build integrations with third-party monitoring tools using REST/SOAP APIs
- Customize platform components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer
- Perform CMDB data modeling, reconciliation, and data quality improvements
- Troubleshoot and optimize Discovery and Service Mapping performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ITOM solutions
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM framework, and infrastructure concepts
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with MID Server setup and integrations
- Good understanding of ITSM processes
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS-ITOM preferred)
