About The Role:
As a Talent Partner Lead – India, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the Talent Partner Group team, collaborating with delivery leaders, HR Business Partners, location Talent Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will lead the execution of the talent charter for assigned business units or practices, guide a team of Talent Partners, and drive account-specific interventions, end-to-end HR service delivery, and employee engagement strategies while enabling compliance, business continuity, and a strong associate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the talent charter for assigned business units or practices while aligning talent interventions to business priorities.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Talent Partners to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support and talent outcomes.
- Partner with delivery leaders and HR Business Partners to drive account-specific interventions, strengthen employee engagement, and measure the impact of initiatives.
- Provide ongoing guidance on career progression through job moves, performance management, talent planning, compensation increases, frontline manager enablement, and people manager-led engagement.
- Anchor location-specific interventions by guiding teams on statutory inspections, client audits, occupational health and safety requirements, emergency rescue team management, and external authority interactions.
- Partner with Business Continuity Management, Corporate Workplace Services, and Physical Security teams to support business continuity plans and disaster recovery actions for centres and facilities.
- Enhance associate experience, introduce efficiencies to delivery processes, and serve as a people and change champion across the organization.
- Act as a cultural steward by reinforcing prescribed norms, developing team capability through cross-training, and ensuring compliance with affirmative action and safety programs.

What You Must Have:
- Strong experience in HR business partnering, talent management, or related HR functions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a complex business environment.
- Strong understanding of HR fundamentals, talent processes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence outcomes across stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills supported by analytical and problem-solving capability.
- A strong sense of ownership, desire to create meaningful outcomes, and passion for work that serves a greater good.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience driving account-specific or location-specific HR interventions in a matrixed organization.

- Experience working effectively in virtual environments while building strong cross-functional partnerships.

Work Model: On-site
This is an onsite position requiring presence for 5 days in a client or Cognizant office across multiple locations in India. Working arrangements may change based on project and business requirements.
