Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Consultant

Position Summary:
Oracle Cloud Supply Chain – Consultant, Functional Transformation within the Enterprise Performance team. You will support large-scale digital transformation by combining business process knowledge, technology enablement, and functional delivery experience across Oracle Cloud Supply Chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support Oracle Supply Chain Management implementations across modules such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Bill of Materials, Work in Process, Advanced Pricing, Services, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Demantra, and Costing.
• Participate in project activities including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration, and testing.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and delivery teams to support business process improvements across supply chain operations.
• Contribute to end-to-end process areas such as Order to Cash and Procure to Pay during implementation and optimization efforts.
• Deliver assigned work products within established timelines while coordinating with onsite and offshore team members. Mentoring junior team members as needed.

Qualifications:
Required: 3-6 years of experience supporting Oracle Supply Chain Management full-cycle implementations. Proficiency in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, business process design, configuration, and testing. Hands-on experience with key SCM modules and end-to-end O2C/P2P processes.
Preferred: Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models and leading an Oracle applications workstream.

Location & Schedule: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai. 24x7 rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
