Join Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance practice as a Senior Consultant, MES PASX, where you will support the delivery of manufacturing execution system solutions across complex manufacturing environments. In this role, you will contribute to MES design, configuration, implementation, integration, validation, and deployment activities that help clients improve operational performance, compliance, and digital manufacturing capabilities. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver quality work products, support business requirements, and help drive scalable technology solutions aligned to client objectives.
As a Senior Consultant, MES PASX on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting MES transformation and implementation initiatives across client environments. Responsibilities include leading and supporting requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for Werum PAS-X implementations. You will configure and extend MES capabilities across specification, execution, compliance, performance, master batch records, state diagrams, and master data. Additionally, you will lead workshops for requirements, data model validation, configuration validation, and solution design across business and technology stakeholders. Support MES integration activities across enterprise resource planning, automation, product lifecycle management, advanced planning systems, laboratory information management systems, and other connected platforms. Contribute to solution documentation, validation activities, training support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across MES implementations and enhancement releases.
