Infor M3 Developer

We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Developer to design, develop, and support applications for manufacturing and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will work extensively with Infor M3 tools including M3 Business Engine (BE), MForms, H5 scripting, and Smart Office. You will develop and customize solutions using Java, SQL, and M3 APIs/MI programs while analyzing business requirements across production, procurement, inventory, and order management. Responsibilities include configuring and enhancing M3 modules (Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, Supply Chain), supporting shop floor operations, and integrating with manufacturing execution systems. You will develop reports, extensions, and custom interfaces, perform unit testing/SIT/UAT, and troubleshoot production issues impacting logistics and manufacturing. Database management involves data extraction, validation, and performance optimization using Oracle/SQL. Integration tasks utilize Infor ION, MEC, and APIs to connect with external MES, ERP, and third-party applications. The role requires supporting cloud and on-premise M3 environments, ensuring data integrity, security, and IT governance compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, create detailed technical documentation, and apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a global environment. Certifications such as Infor M3 Technical/Functional, SQL/Oracle, or ITIL Foundation are preferred. Knowledge of Infor OS, ION workflows, and manufacturing domain expertise (industrial, engineering, automotive) is highly valued.
