Job Description

We are seeking a Gemini Enterprise Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join our team on an on-site basis in Bengaluru (PAN India availability considered). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI/ML support and cloud-based technical support roles, with a deep focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) AI/ML services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for Gemini models, Vertex AI, and ML workflows
- Handle L2 GCP AI/ML, Agentic AI, and API support tasks
- Utilize Python, R, or Java for scripting, debugging, and automation
- Implement and manage API integrations, SDKs, REST APIs, and authentication mechanisms
- Apply strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills to resolve complex technical issues
- Automate workflows across systems using Agentic AI concepts
- Maintain CEFR B2 or higher communication proficiency for effective client and stakeholder interaction.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of AI/ML and cloud support experience
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise
Gemini models & Vertex AI knowledge
Python, R, or Java programming
API integrations & REST APIs
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
