FBS Sr Solution Engineer

A Solution Engineer is responsible for designing and delivering technology solutions that align with business objectives. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, efficient solutions. The position ensures successful technology delivery across business units and the enterprise, performing work independently while receiving guidance. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, developing solutions, validating technology assumptions, and evaluating implementation alternatives. The engineer influences solution strategies, leads multiple technical projects simultaneously, and uses performance metrics to measure effectiveness. Key duties involve managing non-functional requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and acting as a servant leader for Agile Release Trains. The role requires collaborating with developers, DevOps teams (CI/CD pipelines), and QA teams to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability. Additional responsibilities include maintaining technical documentation, supporting product roadmaps, resolving delivery issues, and fostering continuous learning and innovation. Total Experience Required: 9 to 12 years. Work Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
