FBS Application Subject Matter Expert II - DevOps

Provides expertise in the design and functionality of business applications and understands customer business processes to align with application systems. Reviews and validates detailed technical designs from suppliers to ensure business requirement alignment. Performs quality reviews on deliverables, validates supplier estimates, and conducts impact analysis across system components. Estimates Rough Order of Magnitude for effort/cost of new functionality. Specifies integration and parallel testing criteria. Acts as a liaison between Business and IT, supporting business case development, cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, and project scoping. Supports implementation, troubleshoots environmental issues, and provides user training.
