FBS Agile Dev Team Member IV - Selenium/Playwright

Hands-on experience in manual, performance, and automation testing of customer-facing web applications and mobile apps. Deep knowledge of manual testing, automated testing, regression testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Highly experienced in building, executing, and maintaining Web Automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright) and native iOS/Android mobile app automation (XCUITest, Espresso). Expert-level ability to test RESTful APIs and validate complex data dependencies in back-end insurance systems. Insurance domain expertise is preferred but not required. Must understand ADA WCAG 2.1 compliance. Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions to integrate tests into the development pipeline. Analyze complex systems and test data to identify bottlenecks and improve software quality. Act as a bridge between developers, project managers, and stakeholders to report progress, communicate risks, and deliver constructive feedback. Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt to new technologies and changing project requirements. Design comprehensive test plans, define testing scope, conduct risk analysis, and identify necessary resources. Interpret application requirements, perform exploratory testing, and analyze test results. Understand Agile methodologies, define testing strategies, and manage team performance.
