Cyber Security Consultant - Global Advantage - Business Information Security Office (GA-BISO)

Position Summary
This is an experienced security compliance position in the Global Advantage Business Information Security Office (GA BISO) reporting to senior leadership. Professionals on this team ensure all security, regulatory, and firm-mandated protocols are adhered to for products. The team oversees external auditor SOC 2 compliance, internal security audits, CISO/Tax BISO security and data protection initiatives, responds to security requests for client proposals/RFPs, and independently verifies adherence with firm and client development, security, and regulatory standards. You will build high-level knowledge of the GES suite of web-based tools (Global Advantage) and lead a portfolio of projects managed by the GA BISO team. Work You'll Do
As a Consultant on the Global Employer Services Technology Center (GESTC) team, you will be responsible for:
- Researching security-related inquiries using Structured Query Language (SQL) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) database queries
- Supporting entitlement reviews and database account management activities, including work in SailPoint
- Managing assigned work across multiple GA BISO streams, including routine monthly/quarterly activities and strategic projects
- Monitoring compliance with security controls and processes, including SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 requirements
- Leading projects, tracking and resolving issues, implementing security controls, and training professionals on compliance responsibilities

Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of technology work experience
- Experience in cyber security, quality and risk management, or production support
- Experience running queries in SQL and/or AWS cloud-native databases
- Experience supporting entitlement reviews, security controls, audits, or compliance processes
- Experience working with distributed teams across India, the UK, and the US

Preferred:
- Experience with AWS Cloud budgeting
- Experience with SailPoint
- Experience with entitlement reviews or access management automation
- Experience using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
- Experience with NoSQL and cloud database queries
