CQR Expert with Aero Standards

We are seeking an experienced Compliance, Quality & Regulatory Affairs professional to lead and oversee the organization's quality management systems, regulatory compliance programs, and aerospace certification activities. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of aerospace quality standards, regulatory frameworks, audit management, risk assessment, and compliance governance, along with strong leadership capabilities to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance & Regulatory Management: Ensure adherence to AS9100 Rev D, AS9110/AS9120, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FAA, EASA, DGCA, CAA, and NADCAP standards. Drive quality excellence initiatives, establish quality objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Audit & Certification Management: Conduct internal and external audits, manage certification renewals, and ensure regulatory readiness.
- Risk & Governance: Implement risk management frameworks, conduct root cause analysis (8D, Fishbone, 5 Why), and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Supplier Quality & Compliance: Oversee supplier quality management, configuration & change management, and product safety compliance.
- Team & Stakeholder Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, manage customer relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering.

Mandatory Technical Expertise: AS9100 Rev D, ISO 9001 QMS, Aerospace Regulatory Compliance, FAA/EASA/NADCAP requirements, Risk Management, Audit Management, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, Supplier Quality Management, Configuration & Change Management.
