Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer

This role involves the development and application of engineering practice and knowledge in standards and protocols, application software, and embedded software for wireless, satellite, fixed, and enterprise networks. It covers connected devices (IoT and device engineering), connected applications (5G/edge, B2X apps), and Telco Cloud, Automation, and Edge Compute platforms. The role also involves the integration of network systems and their operations. Focuses on connectivity and network engineering. Requires full competence in the assigned area, acting as a key contributor in complex or critical environments. Responsibilities include proactively anticipating client needs, managing costs and profitability, developing project plans, analyzing wider implications beyond immediate problems, and acting as a facilitator and coach to move teams forward.
