Job Description
We are hiring for a Big Data Engineer/Developer. Locations include Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Indore, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, and Pune. Desired experience: 6 to 8 years.
Required Technical Skill Set: HDFS, Hive, Spark, Sqoop, Flume, Oozie, Unix Script, Autosys.
Must-Have: Hands-on experience in Big Data and Hadoop; Hive, Sqoop, Spark; Data Transformations, data structures, Metadata, SQL, workload management; Coding experience in SQL; Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities: Gather requirements and perform data analysis across multiple business processes; Develop data ingestion frameworks using Spark, Hive, and Sqoop; Apply strong analytical abilities; Demonstrate good understanding of ETL and BI concepts.
