Job Description
Role: Azure Data Engineer – Databricks
Skills: Data Lake architecture, Azure Services – ADLS, ADF, Azure Databricks, Synapse
Must Have:
- Build solutions for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using Azure data ingestion and transformation components.
- Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases and query authoring.
- Experience with ADF and Dataflows.
- Experience with big data tools like Delta Lake and Azure Databricks.
- Experience with Synapse.
- Skilled in Azure Data Solutioning.
- Assemble large, complex datasets that meet functional/non-functional business requirements.
- Ability to work with different stakeholders and communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues to understand goals and needs.
- Experience working in Agile Methodology and familiarity with Jira.
Good-to-Have:
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps.
- Ability to present the results of projects effectively.
