Automation Tester

Role: Automation Tester/QA

Required Technical Skill Set:
- Strong knowledge of Automation and Software Testing methodologies
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in manual and automated testing using tools like Selenium
- Designs, develops, and maintains automated test scripts focusing on efficient, reusable code within established frameworks
- Integrates tests with CI/CD pipelines, analyzes results, reports defects, and collaborates with Dev/QA teams to ensure high-quality software releases
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-cultural and cross-regional team members

Desired Experience Range:
- 5+ years in Software Testing utilizing both manual processes and automation tools such as Selenium

Must-Have Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in software testing (manual and automation)
- Proven track record in strategic test planning and continuous improvement

Good-to-Have Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with leadership capabilities
- Ability to work independently under tight schedules while maintaining a customer-oriented approach
- Experience innovating and defining technical approaches to complex problems
- MES experience in the Manufacturing domain, including managing Critical Manufacturing MES implementations, rollouts, and master data modeling/enrichment

Expectations from the Role:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests to guarantee software quality
- Oversee test case selection, framework creation, script writing, execution, defect tracking, and reporting
- Identify bugs early, improve testing efficiency, and provide reliable feedback in fast-paced environments
- Collaborate closely with development and DevOps teams for seamless CI/CD integration
- Work cooperatively with internal and external cross-cultural/regional stakeholders
