.NET Technical Lead

We are seeking a .NET Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of .NET applications supporting manufacturing and supply chain systems. You will architect scalable solutions using .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET, Web APIs, and microservices. Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements (production, inventory, logistics), translating them into technical designs, and guiding development teams to build robust, high-performance enterprise applications. You will develop and review code using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework while ensuring adherence to coding standards and architecture guidelines. The role requires integrating applications with ERP systems, MES, and third-party platforms via APIs and middleware, managing database design and optimization with SQL Server, and implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps. Additional duties include ensuring application security and data integrity, conducting code reviews and technical mentoring, troubleshooting complex production issues, optimizing system performance and scalability, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving cloud adoption (Azure) and legacy migration initiatives, working with front-end technologies like Angular/React when required, and maintaining technical documentation and architecture diagrams. Required certifications include Microsoft Certified – Azure Developer Associate / Azure Solutions Architect, .NET Certification, or ITIL Foundation. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with manufacturing domain experience are essential.
