Core Responsibilities

Platform Governance & Process Ownership:
Define and enforce standards for XDM schemas, identity namespaces, and data modeling to ensure a unified customer profile. Manage the end-to-end platform setup process, including sandbox lifecycle management (development, staging, and production). Establish best practices for data governance, including data usage labeling (DULE), privacy policies, and consent management.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:
Act as the lead point of contact for Adobe, coordinating product roadmaps, attending technical reviews, and managing support tickets or professional services engagements. Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Data Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.

Enablement & Best Practices:
Create and maintain a central repository of AEP documentation, operational playbooks, and standardized workflows. Lead training sessions and workshops to upskill internal users on AEP capabilities, such as RT-CDP, Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Oversee the implementation of data quality rules and automated validation processes to ensure platform integrity.

Technical Oversight:
Monitor platform performance and system-enforced guardrails to optimize profile data and segmentation efficiency. Guide the integration of AEP with external destinations like CRM, email marketing platforms, and advertising networks.
