Learning Operations Analyst

The Virtual Event Moderator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of smooth and engaging virtual learning sessions and events. This individual acts as a behind-the-scenes coordinator and technical host, ensuring presenters, facilitators, and participants experience a seamless, distraction-free event. The Moderator supports event setup, manages platform tools (e.g., breakout rooms, polling), monitors chat and participant activity, and ensures accurate attendance tracking and reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort with virtual tools, and the ability to manage Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees' skills and career growth.
