OpenStack / Openshift Administrator

Deploy, configure, administer, and maintain OpenStack cloud environments. Manage OpenStack services including Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Keystone, Horizon, and Heat. Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues across compute, storage, and networking layers. Perform upgrades, patching, backup, and disaster recovery activities. Configure networking services, tenant management, and security policies within OpenStack. Automate routine operational tasks using Shell/Python scripts and Ansible. Work closely with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to ensure high availability and reliability of cloud services. Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and performance optimization. Create and maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures.
