Position: Process Trainer
Wipro Band: B1
Voice/ Non-Voice: Non voice
Shift: 24*7
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: AI, CV, LiDAR more than 1.5 Years as Trainer
Experience Breakup: Experience from AI/CV Domain, Annotation/Mapping/Simulation projects.

Essential Hiring Skills:
LiDAR annotation and segmentation, training and reporting for the CV/ML project, plus client project training management and handling client calls and POCs/Pilots

Good to have Hiring Skills:
LLM Skills, Triage Labeling Training, VLM/VLA, etc.

Trainable Skills:
Different LiDAR Tasks, Mapping

Job responsibilities :
Understanding the client's new POCs, projects, and workflow
Training on new POCs, projects, and workflows
Meeting client deadlines and setting expectations
Reporting on time
TNI/TNA for trainees on existing projects
Working closely with project stakeholders on any requirements
Being flexible with shifts as needed
Upskilling on new annotation and project skills as soon as possible

Languages: English (Read/Write/Speak)
