Role: Techno Legal Assistant (Intellectual Property Associate)

Location: Mumbai

Exp Range: 2 - 5 Yrs

Qualification: Graduation in Technical Degree (B. Tech, B.Sc.) and LLB

Must Have:

Graduation Degree (B. Tech, B.Sc.) and LLB

2 to 5 Years of experience of hands on of multiple databases to perform diverse patent search
Ability to create search strategy for performing search
Familiarity in working with Open-Source Tools.
Ability to assess IP risk and opportunity with cross-functional teams

Roles & Responsibility:

Conducting prior art searches on paid and free Databases
Collaborating with teams to assess IP risk and opportunities associated with products and technologies
Conducting Freedom to Operate for products and platforms
Preparing First Examination Report responses
Creating an initial understanding of Invention, collaborating with inventors for Information Disclosure Form drafting
Reviewing and drafting Agreement, Contract and other Legal Document
Reviewing privacy data related documents
Reviewing Export Control Compliance Documents for products and services
Reviewing and guiding legal compliance of GEN AI Use cases for Products and Platforms

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with multiple databases
Ability to create search strategy
Familiarity with Open-Source Tools
2-5 years of experience in patent search

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in conducting Freedom to Operate searches
Experience in drafting legal documents
Knowledge of IP risk assessment
