Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
Strong knowledge of application performance monitoring and optimization techniques.
Experience in integrating monitoring tools within custom software environments.
Ability to analyze system performance data and provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration workflows.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dynatrace APM.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
