The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving testing strategies to ensure robust and reliable software delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automated testing within the development pipeline.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
Strong understanding of software testing life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
Ability to analyze test results and identify areas for improvement in automation coverage.
Familiarity with various testing tools and environments to support automation efforts.
Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated test execution.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
